| when i want to watch youtube on my desktop HP windows xp, i hear the audio but i can't view the video. all it shows is a black box. i have to always delete history, temporary files and shit.... what can i do to fix this please help  | |

| maybe you have to just keep doing that so you can watch videos with audios. I don't make videos on you tube, plus it would be really difficult to pinpoint exactly how your computer responds to specific errors so it would be impossible to actually tell you "how" you should fix your ordeal. | |

| I don't know. Turn the sound up higher, unmute you tube's audio. Whatever you think needs doing try and do it. We don't know your computer as well as you do so you'd have more knowledge of the problem than we do. It could be a mozilla firefox issue. That is if you use mozilla instead of internet explorer. | |
